Nationwide Arena District

The new Nationwide Arena and surrounding District features construction of entertainment, retail, office and residential uses. Designed around the focal point of the Nationwide Arena the plan establishes a network of streets and open spaces that create a unique development district within the surrounding urban context. The character of the district is established by the integrated design of the architecture, streets, sidewalks, plazas and parks. The extreme attention to detail in the selection of site materials, landscape, site furnishings, custom lighting and graphics enhance the overall district aesthetic. We had direct responsibility for setting the design standards of the roadways, sidewalks, finish grades and finish materials throughout the project site, and worked in collaboration with the project engineers to complete construction documents for over twelve million dollars in site improvements. Dedicated to the realization of the project vision, which began with master planning, we performed a full scope of design services including construction documentation & construction observation and administration with the City of Columbus officials and the project construction managers.
