Arce Residence - Landscape Plan and Installation

The Arce Residence underwent a comprehensive architectural renovation but the landscape was left in poor condition.  The owner requested a simple, clean design that would require minimal maintenance.  The courtyard includes paver seating areas where benches have since been placed.  A local washed cobble band runs along the base of the walls serving as a rainwater splash zone.  Native Maples and Redbuds were included as understory accent trees.
